In what way can I contribute to creating a positive and unique work environment?
Our Senior leaders tasked me with creating wall designs that encapsulated our values and behaviours that could be vinyl wrapped or placed onto the walls. This is something that the customer teams would see and appreciate every day. It had to capture the brand and add a splash of colour where appropriate.

I created a simple wireframe layout of how the space would look before any designs, and collaborated with the leadership team to establish how we communicate our company ethos, values, behaviours, goals, purpose and promise in the office visuals.
Meet the team board
Another brief was how we visualise educating new starters on our current employees’ job titles, length of service and any awards for high performance. I created individual profiles that can be updated and printed in-house to a high quality, in line with any employee changes.
We also created a show wall in the recreation area which allowed me to freestyle with my ideas. I offered a wide selection of options and the one to be selected was a bright and colourful design showcasing our location name in our branded colours. I enjoyed sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and choosing the right sign specialists to assist, as well as doing the creative work which challenged me.
